We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with our products and services. Everything we sell is packed and directly shipped from our facilities in Los Angeles, California.
All of our items are 100% authentic, produced in small batches, and strictly follow their listing descriptions. Football Art works with certified carriers, using high quality materials to ensure you receive your frames, jerseys or artwork well-packaged and safely shipped. Jerseys and artwork are shipped within three business days from the receipt date of your order. Framed jerseys are assembled upon ordering and ship within 12 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact our customer support to arrange a replacement.
You may also return your undamaged purchases for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your original order's date, providing it is in a pristine condition. For undamaged items, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Before you return an item, please contact us. You must notify us of any issues with your order within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving a return confirmation from us, you have 30 days to return the items.
